  • Shoots here, there and everywhere! Season 5 is hectic but we love it. We’ve been covering a lot of tournaments for Golf Gigs, featuring the future Golfer’s for YGB and banked episodes for Golf Guru with Jun Cedo. Whew!

  • Hello Golfers!

We are starting to feel the adrenalin rush. We recently covered the The Country Club Invitational (Don Pocholo Razon Memorial Cup) and boy
was it action packed. This is our 1st tournament special for Season 5 and once aired, it will not disappoint you! We covered two days of this event, and I caught the team holding their breaths as we watched the top Golfers’ of the country fight for the generous pot money. It was a tournament that definitely kept us on our toes. We are all very excited to have done this coverage. We saw Golf in one of its truest forms.

  • Hello Golfers!

The A Round of Golf team has been busy covering different tournaments and featuring different Clubs. We recently covered the 4th Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines (JGFP) Tournament in Riviera Sports and Country Club. It was such a thrill watching these young kids battle it out for real on the Golf Course. Congratulations to Bernice Olivarez Ilas for nabbing the title of Champion! Much thanks goes out to Mr. Norman Legaspi for entertaining us even while watching over his young champ Missy Legaspi.

  • In behalf of the whole A Round of Golf team we would like to congratulate Mr. Alberto D. Lina for hitting his third hole-in-one at the 2nd Phoenix Open at Palos Verdes Golf and Residential Estates, Davao City on March 6, 2010. Mr. Lina won a Kia Picanto for this feat. His first hole-in-one was in China, his second was at Ayala Greenfield and his third in Davao. Players of the tournament who came from all over the country, are also supporting the charities of Phoenix Foundation. Kudos to Mr. Lina!
