  • Last February 11, 2012 the De La Salle University's Golf Team won the 5th Inter-Collegiate Golf Team Match Play Championship, a close fight against Lyceum University's Golf Team. Congratulations DLSU Golf Team! Another impressive job by Team Captain Allan Guy, Manager Ferdie Atendido, and Team Leader Terry Capistrano, also to the Coaching Staff and Teachers of AA CEDO GOLF INC!

  • Congratulations to Juvic Pagunsan who recently won the Don Pocholo Razon Memorial Cup, or the 2012 TCC Invitational! What a way to start the year! This proves that Team Juvic should really get going and focus hard for international competitions. I'm excited to see him in action this year and I think he will do well in the British Open.

Going back to the 2012 TCC Invitational, congratulations to Jayvie Agojo for winning the Ladies Amateur Division!

  • A great way to start 2012. Congratulations to President Rio Co and all the members of WGAP! A great job on the recently concluded 50th Philippine Ladies Open.
Wack Wack Golf & Country Club GM Jeric Hechanova has definitely kept the course in great shape too.
On the player's side, superb performances by Princess Superal, a product of Orchard Golf and Country Club, and to 13-year old Mia Legaspi for finishing in 4th place. This proves that the JunGolf program is doing well. Congratulations to President Luigi Tabuena and Jack Imperial of JunGolf.

  • There's no better way to end the year but with great accomplishments. In the local scene my former students Terence Macatangay, Charles Hong and Glenn de Leon all turned Pro this year, I congratulate you all and good luck in your professional golf careers!

Ferdie Aunzo did us proud in the recently concluded ASEAN PGA Tour's Ancora Classic at the Emeralda Golf and Country Club in Indonesia, where he won by five strokes! Also for the ASEAN PGA Awards 2011 Jay Bayron took home the award for Most Birdies!

  • Congratulations to Jhonnel Ababa who recently won the ICTSI Calatagan Leg! I remember Jhonnel from years back when I gave him his first lesson to correct his swing. Years later Jhonnel has corrected it and proves that golf is not limited to tall people; I see him as a seasoned golfer who is very consistent in all aspects of his game. He is a winner and he will make it big! Also congratulations to Jayvee Agojo who is in the winner circle again; she recently won in Hongkong and in my opinion she is ready to go pro!
